Last 2 deliveries of cat food and litter were tossed out in front of my door and every single bag burst. What an utter mess. Never again. I rather support local businesses.

I recently ordered a 6,5kg bag of Kibble for cat and to my disappointment I recieved the food damp and oily.Definetely not the way this participant food was supposed to be.Naturally I contacted their customer service team about the issue with photos as proof.After 7 working days they assured me they will look into my query very soon.The next day I rang the number for returns and I arranged a pick up for the following day.Dpd never arrived to pick it up.Do I rang again, arranged pick up only to have the same thing happen, no show. At this stage I was past the 14 days they allow for return.So I am for ever done with this website.Im disgusted at the way they treat their costumers.Also the delivery takes ages

Probably the most competitive site for dog food and while their website states a ".ie" domain they are actually based in The Netherlands so expect a 7 day transit time.

not exactly the expected delivery and the app could me more simple, but all in all good service

Have been using Zooplus regularly for a couple of years. The delivery usually takes approx. 1 week, but I'm very rural. Good customer service, reasonable prices and great selection. Also great bonus points scheme. Would warmly recommend. Deducted the one point for the occasionally slow delivery.

First time buyer@Zooplus, I was worried about some of the bad reviews, but after reading postive reviews l realised Zooplus is great,best prices in lreland, and yes my order comes fromHolland''who cares if you pay attention to detail, they do not hide that they are German company, first class service,l understand they ship by container load with DPD, so its bit slower to track.Got my parcel 22nd of December.

Best avoided during the month of December. They are very slow to pack products and extremely slow to organise shipping.
Usually a good company to deal with but their prices have seen significant increase recently and processing has become much slower.

Super prices that's what i get at Zooplus.It takes a bit longer for orders to come into lreland due Brexit as they can no longer use their UK depot, every thing comes from Netherlands/Germany now by container loads that's why tracking takes longer to go live.I always contact them if there is a problem on facebook ZooplusUK and they get back to me within a few hours.l place a order usually on wednesday and l have it following monday. Saves me a fortune on my Hill's Vetfood

I'm from Ireland and was assuming I was shopping locally because they use the .IE domain name. But no no their actually located in Germany. So anything you order takes 1 week+ to arrive. It's an actual joke, how are they allowed to fool everyone into thinking their an Ireland based company but really their I'm Germany. Also DPD have my order now 3 days without it even moving once. Hugely recommend shopping elsewhere n maybe just be sure where your order is coming from. My order might aswel be in Mars. Oh and I've tried to get my money back - but was refused money back due to slow delivery. A scum company

I know I should have done my homework first, but I ordered last weekend, my order was processed Monday, today is Thursday and tracking hasn't commenced. Contacted customer support to get a clearly well-worn cut/paste response which basically says tracking doesn't start until the order reaches Ireland (from wherever it starts in EU) and there doesn't appear to be any way to tell when that will be. I won't be ordering again.

Ordering my pet supplies at Zooplus for years now. Never a problem, absolute great value for money and helpful customer service if needed. Delivery usually arrives usually within 2-3 working days. Great company 👍

NO STARS ... I purchased 170e of dog food from Zooplus for delivery to Ireland. They contract their shipping to DPD. This is how DPD deliver your parcels. Throw them over a 7ft gate in lashing rain. Broken boxes, damaged & lost goods, which when we discovered them disintegrated from being wet through & in a place where we could not open the electric gates inwards from the road. Dispicable company & respond to say that they were damaged in transit & to contact my supplier. Unbelievably DPD threw another box from Zooplus over the same gate the very NEXT day. So I have written 14 emails in the last 12 days to Zooplus, always a standard generic reply & because they say that DPD have not responded to them they can do nothing further. Zooplus also say that they will only use DPD to ship to ireland...?
UPDATE: ZOOPLUS TREATING THEIR CUSTOMERS WITH UTTER DISTAIN..STILL ADVISING THEY ARE CONTACTING DPD..IT IS 3 WEEKS

A first class service from Zooplus this week. I ordered a dog training line on Thursday and it was delivered today (Saturday) in excellent condition. The tracking experience was also very efficient.

I placed an order for my dog vitamins, they send a tracking number and confirmation of dispatched order. After a few days, they sent an email saying that I contacted customer service and returned the product so they will refund my order...
I never contacted anyone, have to look elsewhere now for vits.
This company is a joke!
